Founded in 2019 by CA Kiran Himanshu Aggarwal, Aggarwal H K & Co. was established with a singular vision: to deliver world-class financial services to Indian businesses with the integrity and rigour of global standards.

The firm has grown from a focused audit and tax practice into a comprehensive financial advisory firm offering services across audit, taxation, M&A, risk, forensics, technology and global compliance — serving 500+ clients across 10+ industry sectors.

Under the leadership of Adv. Himanshu Aggarwal as Managing Director, the firm has embraced digital transformation, expanded its global delivery capabilities and built specialised practices in emerging areas like ESG, cybersecurity, Virtual CFO services and GCC advisory.

Today, with 2 office locations and a team of dedicated professionals, Aggarwal H K & Co. stands as a trusted partner for businesses navigating complex financial, regulatory and strategic challenges.

CA Kiran Himanshu Aggarwal establishes Aggarwal H K & Co. in Dharuhera, Haryana with a focus on statutory audit and direct taxation services.

2019

Adv. Himanshu Joins as Partner

Adv. Himanshu Aggarwal joins as Associate Partner, bringing expertise in Corporate Advisory, Startup Fund Raising and Direct & Indirect Tax Advisory.

2021

Delhi Head Office Opened

Expanded with a Head Office in Delhi at Netaji Subhash Palace, strengthening the firm's presence in the national capital region.
